Before any use, read all precautions for use as well as the instructions in this manual. Keep it for future reference and
if you sell this machine remember to give this manual to the new owner.

This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with impaired physical, sensory or mental
abilities, or persons without experience or knowledge, except under the supervision or instruction of a person
responsible for their safety.

This appliance is intended for domestic use.

The device may only be used by one person at a time. The maximum user weight is 110Kg.
•
Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for exercise. Do not wear loose-fitting clothing that may get caught in
any part of the product.

Be sure to do warm-up exercises before physical activity to avoid muscle injury and to perform a relaxation
routine after exercise.

Excessive exertion can lead to serious, even fatal injuries. If you experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain or any
other abnormal symptoms, stop exercising immediately and consult your doctor before continuing training.

The appliance must be placed on a stable, flat, horizontal surface. Do not place in wet or humid places.

Do not use the product outdoors.
•
Do not perform any adjustments or maintenance not specified in this manual. If you have any problems with the
device, please contact our service department.

Immediately replace all worn or defective parts.
