• Place the child in the car seat and guide the seat belt around the front of the child. Fasten
the seat belt in the buckle, you will then hear a "click" (Fig. B.4b).
• The waist belt should be positioned under the armrests through the waist belt guides (6).
The shoulder belt should be placed under the armrest (3) (Fig. B.4c).
Tighten the vehicle seat belt by pulling first on the waist belt section, then on the shoulder
belt section. Make sure that the waist belt is positioned as low as possible over your child's
hips, fits into the guides and that it is fastened with a buckle (Fig. B.5a). The shoulder belt
should pass between the child's shoulder and neck. Make sure that the belt does not press on
the child's neck or slip off the shoulder (fig.B.5b).
5.3 Removing the seat (ISOFIX installing system)
• Press the ISOFIX release buttons (10) on both arms of the ISOFIX latch (9) simultaneously.
When the latches are released and the colour of the markers turns red, pull the seat out of
the ISOFIX guides (Fig. B.6). The car seat was removed from the ISOFIX installing system. You
can slide the ISOFIX arms (9) back into the base of the car seat.
6.0 Height of the headrest
A correctly positioned headrest ensures optimal placement of the shoulder part of the vehicle
seat belt and provides protection and comfort for your child. The headrest should be
positioned slightly above the child's shoulders: so that the shoulder strap goes between the
child's shoulder and neck (through the middle of the clavicle) (fig. C.1). The belt must not press
on the child's neck or slip off the shoulder.
• Grasp the headrest adjustment lever (7) located on the back of the headrest (1) and pull it
gently upwards. The headrest lock will be released (Fig. C.2).
• You can now adjust the headrest (1) to one of the 15 selected positions to the desired height
(Fig. C.3). When the height is adjusted, let go of the adjusting handle (7) - the headrest will be
locked after gently adjusting the height up and down. When adjusting the headrest, the
backrest of the seat and the sides expand to match the child's height.
IMPORTANT! Make sure the seat headrest is locked in place.
Place the car seat on the vehicle seat. Place your child in the car seat and check the height of
the headrest. Caution! If necessary, repeat the steps to adjust the headrest height until you
reach the optimal height.
6.1 Adjusting the backrest
The backrest of the car seat (2) easily adapts to the position of the vehicle seat.
• The backrest of the seat is movable, thanks to which it is possible to adjust it accurately to
the plane of the vehicle seat. Tilt the backrest backwards until it is adjacent to the vehicle seat
(Figure C.4).
7.0 Removing / putting on the cover
• Removing the cover from the headrest and backrest: Grasp the top of the cover behind the
headrest height adjustment button and gently slide the fabric off the top of the headrest.
