Centring sleeves (1-8) for AT bore (pilot
bearing).
Diameter:
12,1 / 14,2 / 15,1 / 16,1 mm
17,1 / 18,0 / 19,0 / 20,1 mm
Centre punch (9-11) for Clutch disc.
Diameter:
14,9 - 19,7 mm
19,8 - 27,2 mm
22,8 - 36,0 mm
Select suitable aligner tool (1-8) - it must fit in the
crankshaft locking tool and pilot bearing.
Select suitable clutch centre punch (9-11) and mount
the aligner tool (1-8) on the thread of the clutch cen-
tre punch.
Insert the clutch centre punch in the clutch hub and
fix the centre punch in the clutch hub by turning the
knurled screw clockwise.
Centre the clutch disc with centre punch in the
crankshaft bore (pilot bearing) and mount the au-
tomatic clutch. Attention: Make sure that the clutch
disc is mounted in the proper position.
Loosen the centre punch by turning the knurled
screw anticlockwise and remove it from the clutch
hub.
