ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Rubber Mallet or Padded Hammer, Phillips Screwdriver, Wood Glue.
BEFORE BEGINNING ASSEMBLY, check that the quantities of the parts received match those on parts list below.

TO ATTACH FEET TO PEDESTAL
1) Apply an even coat of glue to the concave edge of one Foot (A) which goes against the Pedes-
tal (B). Carefully place the Foot against the Pedestal so that the hole in the Foot lines up over a
small hole in the pedestal. In the large hole in the Pedestal, directly across from the Foot, insert
the #12 x 2½" Screw (E) and fasten securely into the Foot. See Figure 2. Rubbing a little soap
on the threads will help them go in more easily. Wipe off any excess glue from around the Foot
Repeat Step 1 for the other two Feet. When you have completed attaching the Feet, apply a thin
layer of glue around the edge of the screw holes in the Pedestal and insert Wood Buttons (C) to
cover the hole. Carefully wipe off any excess glue from around the Buttons.

TO ATTACH THE TOP TO PEDESTAL
3) Center the leg Plate (F) on the bottom of the Top (D) so that the four screw holes in the plate are
over the pre-punched holes in the top. Attach the Leg Plate with four #8 x 5/8" Oval Head Brass
Screws (G). A hanger bolt in the Pedestal has been installed at the factory. Simply thread the
hanger bolt onto the Leg Plate and turn the Top (D) clockwise until tight. Do not over tighten.
