POWER SELECTION KNOB:
Turn Power Selection knob to
one of four functions:
OPERATING ISSUE
When turned on, Power indicator
light does not illuminate and unit
does not work.
Unit stops during use.

TROUBLESHOOTING
CAUSE
Heater not connected to power.
Temperature control knob is not
turned to selection.
Unit temperature exceeds
threshold of thermal cut-off switch.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL KNOB:
Insert plug into power outlet and turn Temperature
Control knob clockwise. A "pop" sound means the
temperature controller is on. Adjust Temperature
Control knob to the desired temperature level.
OVERHEAT PROTECTION
When temperature of heater is too high, unit will
automatically cut power and stop working. If this occurs,
unplug and allow heater to cool. Replace plug and unit
should operate normally.
INVERSION PROTECTION
When heater is inverted, safety system will automatically
cut power. Return heater to flat surface to operate
normally.
TIP-OVER SWITCH
Unit will automatically shut off if knocked over. If this
occurs, turn heater off, return unit to a regular upright
position and switch it back on.
Check connection at outlet. Inspect power cord for cuts, frays
or breaks.
Ensure temperature control knob is turned to "ON" position.
Cool unit before use.
