ASSEMBLY
The frame can be transported to the installation site
by means of the attached hoist straps.
The 3 feet (3) as well as the 3 frame struts (1) are fixed
to the frame (2) by means of bolts and screws.
A: The frame is fixated with 2 Screwas, washers and
nuts (A1, A2) to the feet
B: Frame (2) and struts (1) are fixated with nuts as
shown.
C: Feet (3) and struts (1) are fixated with nuts as
shown.
Make sure that the feet rest on the ground. If there
is a gap between the feet and the floor, this must be
adjusted by loosening the nut and adjusting the
corrected position by means of the nut on the
thread and then tightening the nut again.
The 3 feet are fixed to the ground by means of
dowels at a total of 6 positions. The minimum
requirements for the anchoring points see the
sketch.
The levelling of the frame is to be done by means of
a spirit level at several points on the frame..
NOTE: Perform a final check for exact cuts by means
of a test cut for horizontal and vertical cuts, after
which it may be necessary to make a readjustment.
Lift the saw unit by means of the belt attached as
shown in the sketch and fix it to the top of the frame
guides with screws and washers (1).
