OPERATION
Only operate the machine in perfect condition. A visual inspection of the machinery must be
carried out before each operation. Safety devices, electrical cables and operating elements must
be carefully checked. Check bolted connections for damage and tight fit.
15.1 Operation instructions
Make sure that the saw blade used matches the set speed of the machine and the
•
diameter of the saw blade is compatible with the machine.
Cracked and deformed saw blades cannot be repaired. They must be replaced
•
immediately with new saw blades.
• Make sure that the machine works without vibrations.
• Make sure that the workpiece is in a stable position on the machine and supported by the
supports during cutting.
• Never stand in the direct cutting line of the saw blade, do not hold body parts in the
cutting line. Hold on to the side of the saw blade with each cut.
Never reach your hand over or behind the saw blade during cutting.

Avoid awkward workflows and hand positions where a sudden slippage could cause your
•
hand to get into the rotating saw blade.
Run the saw evenly until the end of cutting. Avoid jerky movements.
•
Switch off the machine immediately if you notice an unusual noise or dangerous situation.

15.2 Operating
The machine is designed in such a way that it can be operated by one person. In order to load the
machine, a 2nd person may be necessary, but this person must be outside the working area
during the cutting process.

Switching ON the machine:
Press the two switches (1) and (2). The saw and saw blade
are activated.
Switching OFF the machine:
Release switch (1) to turn it off. The saw and the saw blade
are stopped after a short overrun time.
