If the fault has not been rectified using the above instructions, contact After Sales
Service. On no account should you carry out any further work, particularly not on the
electrical parts of the appliance.
➢ A visit by an After Sales Service technician is not free of charge even
during the warranty period in the event of incorrect operation or one of
the faults described above.

The following spare parts are available from the above After Sales Service (depending on

Thermostats, temperature sensors, circuit boards and light sources

Door handles, door hinges, shelves and drawers

Spare parts are available 7 years after the last appliance of a model has been placed
on the market.
Appliance door seals are available 10 years after the last appliance of a model has
been placed on the market.
