enerAl notes on sAfety
This technical document is applicable for the machine
BRUSHmax 3.0 The machine may only be handled by
personnel who are qualified.
Hold power tools by insulated gripping surfaces when
performing an operation where the cutting tool may con-
tact hidden wiring or its own cord. Contact with a «live»
wire will make exposed metal parts of the tool «live» and
shock the operator.
WARNING Read all safety warnings and all in-
structions. Failure to follow the warnings and in-
structions may result in electric shock, fire and/or
serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future refer-
ence.

The stainless steel cleaning device (pickling device)may
only be used for the electrolytic processing methods de-
scribed in these instruction. Inappropriate uses are not
permitted.

sure the work area is well ventilated and
there are no flammable substances near-
by. Before each start-up, the mains cable, the mains plug,
the electrode cable, the cleaning electrode, the handle,
the ground cable and the workpiece clamp must be che-
