› To position the foil (A) correctly, measure the distance of 175 ± 2 mm, see the picture, i.e. from
the place where the inner trim and the part under the vehicle seat intersect. Then measure
5±2 mm from the radius edge.
› Mark the measured distances with a suitable paper adhesive tape.
Fig. 4
› Moisten the washed and degreased surface highlighted in the picture with an ample amount
of water solution with detergent without additives (the recommended ratio is 25 ml of
detergent in 10 litres of water - i.e. 0.25% solution concentration).
Fig. 5
› Moisten your fingers with the prepared solution. Peel off the cover paper from the foil (A)
and dispose it in the sorted waste. Moisture the exposed side with the prepared solution
of water with detergent.
Fig. 6
› Fit the foil (A) on the vehicle sill along the previously applied tape and according to the
vertical in the door seal position ( - section detail - ).
› Check the position of the foil in relation to the other parts on the vehicle (door seals, radius, etc.).
Caution. Always proceed with the utmost care when fitting foils on door sills. After
peeling off the sill foils and their repeated application, their sufficient adhesion is
no longer guaranteed. Therefore, make sure that it is positioned correctly before
application.

› Remove the stuck aid tapes.
› Moisten the surface of the foil with an ample amount of water solution with detergent.
Fig. 8
› First, carefully press the upper part of the foil and smooth the foil over its entire horizontal
surface with a spatula (B) so that no air bubbles or residues of the application solution
remain under the foil. Then smooth the surface of the foil vertically by moving the spatula
downwards.
Fig. 9
› Smooth the foil using a microfibre cloth over the entire adhesive surface. Let it volatilize for
15 minutes.
› Then check the condition of the adhered foil and, if necessary, press it again over the entire
adhesive surface and smooth it with your finger and a microfibre cloth. Press the film
especially carefully around its entire circumference and at the bend.
