(vedi particolare di colore rosso evidenziato in Fig. A) Prima di utilizzare la macchina occorre rimuovere il tondino metallico che evita lo sfilo del corpo centrale: Abbassare il corpo centrale ruotando in senso orario il volantino ai fini della rimozione del dispositivo di bloccaggio (Fig A). Spostare il dispositivo estraendolo (Fig.B).

- Página 24 NORME GENERALI DI MANUTENZIONE Tutte le operazioni di manutenzione devono essere eseguite da personale qualificato. L’attrezzo è robusto e quindi non richiede particolari avvertenze; per garantire un corretto e duraturo funzionamento, si raccomanda di osservare le seguenti disposizioni: Tenendo presente che la polvere, la sabbia e ogni altro detrito solido rappresentano un pericolo per ogni apparecchiatura oleodinamica, terminata la fase lavorativa giornaliera si deve provvedere alla pulizia degli utensili e del piano di lavoro.

Dopo aver accertato il guasto e verificato le possibili soluzioni, se non esistessero i presupposti di sicurezza per un ottima riuscita dell’intervento, richiedere la presenza di un tecnico del costruttore presso il centro di assistenza tecnica DKC EUROPE.
- Página 26 SMALTIMENTO DEI COMPONENTI Il costruttore prevede una vita stimata in 25000 ore di funzionamento nelle normali condizioni di utilizzo. Alla fine del ciclo di vita reale, l’utente utilizzatore deve procedere allo smantellamento della macchina nel rispetto delle normative vigenti prevedendo innanzitutto lo svuotamento dei fluidi lubrificanti e la pulizia generale dei vari elementi. Provvedere successivamente alla separazione dei pezzi che costituiscono la macchina dividendoli come: materiale elettrico e i suoi componenti (teleruttori, cavi, guaine, ecc..), motore elettrico (avvolgimenti in rame), particolari metallici (carpenteria, gruppi in alluminio, fusioni, ecc..), materiali in gomma e derivati (piedi di sostegno, ecc..).
