Brake Levers
◾
Examine the whole rim for cracks, dents, and other
damages. If damage is found, have the rims replaced prior
to next use of mini bike.
◾
Use included wrenches to make sure all non-critical
fasteners are tight:
- Headlight housing mounting bolts.
- Taillight housing mounting screws.
- LCD Screen housing mounting bolts.
- Mud flap mounting bolts.
◾
If any other fasteners are found to be loose, contact EGO
Customer Service for servicing.
◾
Verify handlebar is firmly secured.
◾
Check the throttle movement: rotate throttle back fully and
release. Throttle movement should be smooth and return to
starting position immediately. If throttle does not respond
immediately contact EGO Customer Service for servicing.
◾
Verify that both brake levers are mounted rigidly to
handlebar and with no sign of loosening fasteners.
If loosening is noted, have the brake levers serviced
immediately. Contact EGO customer service for support.
◾
Verify that levers retract and release freely and immediately
with no hesitation. If there are any issues with the lever's
movement, have mini bike serviced immediately. Contact
EGO customer service for support.
