GENERAL MAINTENANCE
For this mini bike all critical systems; brakes, frame, suspension, and throttle, must be
serviced by a trained and equipped technician. Non-critical fasteners and lubrication can
be maintained by the customer.
Lubricate front suspension seal as needed. In dry and dusty environments, the lubrication
period will be shorter.
Lubricate all pivots as needed:

Brake lever pivots.
◾
Side stand pivot.
◾
Throttle
Retighten loose fasteners on non-critical systems:
◾
Headlight housing mounting bolts.
◾
Taillight housing mounting screws.
◾
LCD Screen housing mounting bolts.
◾
Mud flap mounting bolts.
The maintenance schedule provides maintenance requirement to ensure the safe use of
the mini bike. Keep a log of maintenance records.
CLEANING
WARNING:
penetrating oils, etc., come in contact with plastic parts at any time. Chemicals can
damage, weaken, or destroy plastic, which may result in serious personal injury.

Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most plastics are susceptible to
damage from various types of commercial solvents and may be damaged by their
use. Use clean cloth to remove dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc. Insect repellent spray
may damage plastic and painted surfaces. Do not spray insect repellent near the
mini bike.

Prolonged exposure to sunlight will damage some surfaces.
◾
If the mini bike is left out in the rain accidentally, use dry clean cloth to dry the
seat, throttle, etc., before you restart it or store it.
Do not let brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum-based products,
