MINI BIKE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

operation. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in serious injury,
electric shock, and/or fire.

Always check and obey any local laws or regulations which may affect the
locations where the EGO mini bike may be used.

Riding a mini bike does present potential risks that require extra caution. There
are inherent hazards with the use of a mini bike (e.g., falling off or collision
situation) that no amount of care, instruction, or expertise can eliminate. If such
hazards occur serious injury or death, even when using safety equipment or other
precautions, could occur. RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND USE COMMON SENSE.

This mini bike is designed and manufactured for off-road use only. The tires
supplied with this mini bike are for off-road use only. Use on paved surfaces may
cause the mini bike to be unstable. Additionally, this mini bike does not supply
safety features like turn indicators or side view mirrors. Never use it on roadways
or sidewalks. When crossing a roadway dismount from your mini bike and walk it
across the road at a crosswalk.

It may be illegal to operate this mini bike on any public street, road, or highway in
your area. Check your local (state, municipal, etc.) regulations.

This mini bike is designed as a single person vehicle. Never carry a passenger or
allow more than one person at a time to ride the mini bike.

DO NOT EXCEED THE WEIGHT LIMIT OF 220 lbs. (100 kg). Rider weight does not
necessarily mean a person's size is appropriate to fit or maintain control of the
mini bike. Note, loading capacity includes rider's personal belongings.
