Action
Check electrical connections from control unit to power
supply.
Check supply voltage of the door control unit.
No error, normal operation; in case of an object between the
LC is present.
Error in case there is no object between the LC:
- Check alignment between Tx and Rx.
- Check LED on receiver (see Chapter 6.13, Chapter 6.14).
- Check LED on emitter (see Chapter 6.13, Chapter 6.14).
No error, normal operation; no object between the LC
detected.
Emitter and receiver not connected:
Check connection cable from control unit to emitter.
Check connection cable from control unit to receiver.
Check LED on receiver (see Chapter 6.13, Chapter 6.14).
Check LED on emitter (see Chapter 6.13, Chapter 6.14).
No communication between emitter and cegard/Smart controller:
Check emitter connection cable. Ensure cable conductors in
terminal block are connected correctly.
Check emitter.
No communication between receiver and cegard/Smart controller:
Check receiver connection cable. Ensure cable conductors in
terminal block are connected correctly.
Check receiver.
Gateway not connected:
Check USB connection to Gateway (see Figure 9. Ensure
power button is illuminated blue on Gateway. If not, press
button to turn gateway on.
Check power at 2P white connector for 12 VDC (see Figure
9).
