SETTINGS
• The following table will help you choose basic settings for the food ingredients you
want to cook.
Note: Remember that these settings provide only a reference. As food ingredients dif-
fer in origin, size, shape, and brand, we cannot guarantee providing the best settings
for your food ingredients. Since the rapid air change technology can immediately pro-
vide renewed heating to the air inside the product, removing the frying pan from the
fat-free fryer during operation will hardly affect the cooking process.
TIPS AND NOTES
• Compared to larger food ingredients, smaller food ingredients will require less cooking
time.
• With a larger quantity of food ingredients, the cooking time will only need a slight
increase; with a smaller quantity of food ingredients, the time will only need a slight
decrease.
• During the cooking process, flipping smaller food items can promote the final cooking
effect and help food ingredients fry evenly.
• By adding a small amount of oil to fresh potatoes, the food can become crispier. After
adding the oil, let the food ingredients rest for several minutes before frying them in
the air fryer.
• Never cook food ingredients with high oil content in the air fryer, such as sausages, etc.
• Snacks that can be cooked in the oven can also be cooked in the air fryer.
• The optimal weight of food ingredients for cooking crispy French fries is 500 g.
• Sandwich-type foods can be quickly and conveniently made using pre-fermented
dough. Compared to homemade dough, pre-fermented dough requires a shorter cook-
ing time.
• You can use the air fryer to reheat food ingredients. To reheat food ingredients, set the
temperature to 150°C (300°F), and the maximum cooking time is 10 minutes.
