Insert upper bracket into base bracket until you hear
a click from the spring ball. (See Figure 1)

• To use alternating current, connect fan with included
adapter to a standard 120V power supply.
• To use direct current, start the product directly. If the
fan fails to start, recheck whether the battery pack
needs to be charged.
2. To adjust fan angle, turn thumb screw (A)
counterclockwise to loosen fan head. Hold fan
head by handle (B) when adjusting the tilt. To secure,
turn the thumb screw clockwise until tight.
