INSTALLATION OF THE BLADES

WARNING: To reduce the risk of personal injury, do not bend the

blades while installing, balancing the blades, or cleaning the fan.

Fasten the blades to the motor with the provided screws and

lock washers. Align the holes of the blade support plates

and the blades with the threaded holes in the motor

assembly. Repeat the process for the remaining blades.

NOTE: Make sure the screws are TIGHT! Loose blade screws

can contribute to unnecessary noise or wobble during

operation.

NOTE:

Cordless power screwdrivers are NOT recommended,

as they usually strip the heads of the screws and

usually will not fully compress the lock washers on

the motor screws. Use a large ﬂat blade screwdriver

for ﬁnal tightening to fully compress the washers. This

will help ensure proper alignment of the blades and

noise-free, wobble-free running.
