1. PRESENTATION
Dear customer:
Thank you very much for choosing the RIMINI DP electric thermal emitter, with sophisticated
design, state-of-the-art electronic systems (touch keys) and high reliability (TRIAC), smart con-
trol for maximum efficiency and great quality construction. Designed and made in Spain comply-
ing with the Ecodesign directive.
The RIMINI DP electric thermal emitters from FERROLI, as well as all their materials and com-
ponents, have passed strict controls to ensure their quality.
Before starting up the thermal emitter, you must carefully read these instructions, which will help
you to ensure correct operation of the appliance with maximum performance and full satisfac-
tion. Keep them close by in case of doubt.
2. LOCATION
The ideal place to locate the electric thermal emitter is as close as possible to the coldest wall in
the room.
It is not recommended to install the thermal emitter on external walls without any insulation;
however, in this case, the section of wall behind the thermal emitter must be insulated.
In bathrooms, the electric thermal emitter must be installed outside the protective area, accord-
ing to the regulations in force (zone 3 in the picture).
Classification of the bathroom zones
Under no circumstances may the thermal emitter be located below an electrical outlet.
Choose the location of the thermal emitter following the minimum distances indicated below:
