*) Limited suitability
Only use aluminium foil in small pieces for covering delicate parts of food,
•
e.g. when defrosting poultry. Take care that the aluminium foil does not
come into contact with the inner walls of the cooking chamber.
Use open, shallow metal vessels, such as aluminium trays, for heating
•
ready-made meals.

•
and the decoration could be destroyed.
Do not use lead crystal glass, as it can crack.
•
Do not use metal vessels. This can cause sparks. Containers with metal
•
handles, metal wires or metal fittings are generally not suitable for use.
Remove wire caps, etc. from containers before use in the microwave.
•
Wooden vessels or melamine resin containers are not suitable.

Do not use containers with narrow openings (e.g. bottles).
•
Do not use meat thermometers that are not expressly approved by the

manufacturer as suitable for use in microwave ovens.
To be able to heat the food in the microwave oven, it must be ensured that the
microwaves can penetrate the food and that the cookware does not reflect or
absorb them. The cookware and accessories should therefore be selected
carefully.
