Basic menu operation
Calling up predefined sequence plans
Fastening operations and sequence plans must
be defined independently of the
TORSIOTRONIC
®
software on the PC. These data can then be
transferred to the TORSIOTRONIC
Information on this can be found in the
SENSOMASTER software online help.
Proceed as follows to call up a sequence plan
which is available on the TORSIOTRONIC
 Make sure that no forces are acting on the
TORSIOTRONIC .

 Switch on the TORSIOTRONIC
 Press the MENU button for approx. one second.
DIRECT INPUT and the sequence plans which are
available are shown on the display.
 Use the arrow buttons to select the desired
sequence plan or individual bolting operation.
The summarisation of the parameters stored for this
sequence plan or individual bolting operation is
displayed. This can be acknowledged with OK.
 Confirm with OK.
The sequence plan or individual bolting operation
can now be executed.

Calling up the configuration menu
The basic settings for the TORSIOTRONIC
as e.g. saving the data for the completed fastening
operations in the TORSIOTRONIC
the configuration menu.
Proceed as follows to select the configuration
menu:
 Press the OK button for approx. one second.
The CONFIG & DATA menu is displayed
 Use the arrow buttons to select
CONFIGURATION.
 Confirm with OK.
If the configuration menu is protected by an
administrator password, the administrator password
must now be input. The administrator password
consists of a four-digit numerical code.
