Using the TORSIOTRONIC®
Disconnecting the TORSIOTRONIC
from the PC
Proceed as follows to disconnect the
TORSIOTRONIC from the PC after data transfer:
®
 Switch off the TORSIOTRONIC
 Remove the micro USB connector from the PC
connection socket.
 Seal the PC connection socket with the cover.
Using the TORSIOTRONIC
 Carry out the desired settings for the fastening
operation as shown in the practical example flow
chart from page 38.
 Alternatively, load the sequence plans or
individual fastening operations created using the
SENSOMASTER software into the
TORSIOTRONIC memory and call these up.

Before beginning a fastening process with the
TORSIOTRONIC , it has to be tared as described

on page 22.

measured values caused by improper
taring.
 Make sure that the
TORSIOTRONIC
loaded during the taring process.

Actuating the TORSIOTRONIC
WARNING
Danger of severe or fatal injuries due to
incorrect measured values.
 Make sure that the torque value is
set correctly prior to use.
 Make sure that the insert that is used
is seated securely prior to use.
WARNING
Risk of injury due to unintentional
adjustment of the switching ring.
 Prior to the fastening process, use
the switching ring to set the desired
working direction.
 Do not touch the switching ring
during the fastening process.
CAUTION
Risk of injury due to slipping.
 Make sure you are standing securely
whilst using the TORSIOTRONIC
 Ensure adequate freedom of
movement when using the
TORSIOTRONIC
CAUTION
Risk of injury due to incorrectly
mounted inserts.
 Make sure that the inserts are seated
securely.
