Note: Select detergent according to clothes
variety, color, water temperature and
contamination level. Please use moderate
detergent to get washing effect and protect
environment. (See tables 03 and 04 on
pages 13 and 14)
Recommendations on the use of detergents
at different temperatures:
• When washing whites, we recommend
that you use the cotton program at
60°C or higher and a normal (high-
strength) powder detergent containing
bleaching agents that at medium/high
temperatures provide excellent results.
• For washes between 40ºC and 60ºC, the
appropriate detergent should be used,
taking into account the type of fabric
and the level of soiling.
• Powder detergents are suitable for
white clothes or clothes that are not
heavily dirty; while liquid detergents
are suitable for colored clothes with
light levels of dirt.
• For washing at temperatures below 40
º C, we recommend the use of liquid
detergents or detergents specifically
labeled as suitable for low temperature
washing.
Before washing (See picture 20 on page 9)
• Check the washing instructions: Check
the washing instructions, where you
can find the type of fabric and the
correct method to wash it.
• Garment classification: Wash together
garments
with
different
fabrics,
temperature, speed and procedure,
separate dark colours from white and
light colours. Separate dyed cotton
garments, otherwise, White garments
may get stained. Whenever possible
do not mix light soiled garments with
heavily soiled garments.
• Classify and wash clothes according
to the soil level (heavy, normal, light).
• Classify and wash clothes according
to the colour (white, light colours, dark

• If you are washing together big and
small garments, introduce the big
ones first and make sure they are less
than half of the total laundry. Do not
wash individual garments because
they may cause instability.
• Small garments such as silk stockings
and handkerchiefs must be washed
inside mesh bags. Metal wirings
from bras must be removed before
washing. If this is not possible you
must introduce them into mesh bags
to prevent the wiring from entering
the opening between the internal and
external cavities.
• Check all pockets and make sure they
are empty. Nails, hair clips, matches,
pens, coins and keys could damage the
washing machine and the garments.
• Close all the zips on all the garments,
fasten the buttons and buckle up any
loose belt to make sure they do not
damage any other garment.
• First, use water with some detergent
to wash heavily soiled areas, such
as collars and cuffs, so they come off
cleaner.
• Check the door gaskets and make
sure there is nothing inside.
• Make sure there is nothing inside the
drum before washing.
• Check the door gasket and make sure
no garment has been trapped there,
that could damage the clothes and the
gasket.
