3 Assembly on machine
Position the motor by aligning the pins with the
machine body at the points provided. Ensure
the correct alignment of the drive gear teeth
with the intermediary gear to prevent tooth-on-
tooth locking, which can result in damage, then
secure the motor with the two CHC M6x30
screws.
NOTE: Seating the pins in their holes on the
CC-series body requires a mallet. After
securing the motor, make sure that the tooth
gap
between
the
intermediary gear is correct.
4 Cutting/bevelling motor
Cutting/bevelling motor must be plugged to the SAEX. Replace the motor plug by the one supplied with the
SAEX.
Cutting/bevelling motors have a 0V security. So after a power shut down, to start again the motor, you must
press the blue button of the SAEX and switch the motor off before to switch on again.
