Welding
To weld, SAEX must be connected to a welding power source SAXX. Shut down power source and the
SAEX, then connect them with cable SAEX-A02 and switch on.
On power source, select the machine name which appears
here
If wire is used during welding and wire speed is modifiable on power source screen, left arrow will
decrease wire speed and right arrow will increase speed.
If SAEX is shut down whereas machine has been loaded on the power source, an alarm will appear on the
power source (alarm 4E)

The 4 buttons (start, stop, left and
right) will be working only after
loading the machine on the power
source.
Press arrows to move manually the torch.
Press stop to move the wire (if used)
Press start to begin welding cycle and
stop button to interrupt it. At the end of
the welding, when power source asks for
the return on position, left arrow means
yes (Y) so the machine will move back to
the starting position and right arrow
means no (N) so the machine will stay at
the current position).
