6.8. ADVICE FOR USE
•
Always make sure you are using the right squeezing set of balls, cups and fruit classifier for
the size of fruit you wish to squeeze. If the fruit to squeeze is too big or too small for the
squeezing kit used, the quality of the juice may decrease, resulting in a bitter juice flavour.
•
The hopper fruit classifier must be correctly selected according to the size of the fruit to
squeeze.
•
If fruits are too large for the classifier, the fruit will not fall into the cup. If fruits are otherwise
too small, numerous pieces of fruits will fall at the same time into the cup.
•
We recommend to switch off the machine when is not in use (Fig. 11).
•
If the fruit has a very thick peel, to avoid incidents, you must remove the washers from each
ball.
•
If the fruit has a very thin peel, we recommend that you add a washer to each of the squeezing
balls.
•
For the squeezing of pomegranates, it is recommended to remove the crown of the peel to
optimize the squeezing.
•
To make easier the loading of fruit, open the folding door of the basket to make an initial load.
Close the door and finish filling the basket up to 20Kg of capacity.
6.9. SAFETY SYSTEMS
The machine has various safety systems:
If the front cover is not assembled or is improperly assembled, the display will show
1
an Error message with the area of the front cover flashing.
If the tray is not assembled or is not in place, the machine will not operate and the
2
display will show an Error message by displaying a flashing dark tray.
If one of the side covers is incorrectly positioned, the machine will not work and the
3
display panel will show Error. The corresponding side cover will appear shaded
intermittently.
If one of the containers/chutes is incorrectly positioned, the machine will not work and
4
the display panel will show Error. The corresponding container/chute will appear
shaded intermittently.
