Place inner brackets (items 4-7) along the frame rails, aligning mounting holes with the outboard frame brackets
(items 2 and 3) installed in Figure 4.
Install the (8) ½" x 4-1/2" carriage bolts, spacers, conical washers, and nuts (items 8, 9, 10, 13) as shown in

Tighten all hardware in the following order after alignment to drilled pickup bed holes (See Page 6)
Tighten vertical cross bar ½"-13 carriage bolts (item 11) to 93 ft-lb (126 Nm). Hardware near fuel

Tighten frame brackets ½"-13 x 1-3/4" and 4-1/2" carriage bolts (items 15 and 9) to 85 ft-lb (115

Reattach Brake Junction Bracket and Electrical Cable
Position brake junction bracket on the driver's side frame rail and secure using the supplied

M8x40mm bolt (item 14) and tighten to 18 ft-lb (25 Nm).
Reattach electrical cable to driver's side frame rail.
