SANDBLASTING MACHINE WITH WATER COOLING SYSTEM
Read the instructions carefully before using them to improve working e ciency and reduce failure.
1. Principle
Sand powder particles are sprayed through high-pressure airflow (18 m/s) are used to roughen surfaces or to remove residues of various materials.
MICRO SANDER AW+ uses a special medium for aluminum oxide sandblasting powder or sodium bicarbonate powder (containing Glycine, the same below).
MICRO SANDER AW+ adopts a built-in water supply pipe and deep embedded tungsten steel nozzle, which is compact, light, and easy to grip. It is an ergonomic design. During the use
process, the water cools down the powder and e ectively inhibits powder spatter.
2. Product application
1. Use of alumina sandblasting powder for surface cleaning and micro roughening before bonding (Fig. 1) such as hole preparation / minimally invasive treatment, removal of sundry/coarse
bonding face/removal crown in the groove, residual cement on the bridge and metal casting repair body defects detection.
2. The use of sodium bicarbonate micro powder can be applied to a variety of clinical applications (Fig. 2) such as removing staining and plaque, tobacco stains and biofilms to reduce the risk
of dental caries. At the same time, after using ultrasonic cleaning, sandblasting can also play a role in polishing and repairing the surface of the teeth.
3. When applied in the mouth, given the assistance of water sources during sandblasting, the pressure directly acting on the teeth can be reduced, the cleanliness is e cient, the target is
accurate, and the patient does not feel dry due to dust interference.

Fig. 1 shows the situation observed when the prepared surface of the hole is enlarged 400 times after using the aluminum oxide powder microroughness, and it can be clearly seen that the
entire surface is evenly rough.
Fig. 2 is a comparison of the use of sodium bicarbonate powder before and after oral cleansing. Comfortable, e cient, safe, without damage to the dentin, enamel and orthodontic support
groove, protects the teeth and permanent teeth.
