Quick Access to Convenient Features

Lock Mode

Sets your phone to require a 4-
digit Lock Code in order to use
the phone.
Note
Until you change it, the default
Lock Code is the last 4 digits of
your phone number.
To quickly lock your phone press
for three seconds from the
Home screen. To unlock, press
the Left Soft Key
enter the Lock Code and press
.

Mute Function

The Mute Function is used during a
phone call. To quickly activate Mute
press the Left Soft Key
then to cancel press the Left Soft
Unmute.

Quick Volume Adjustment

Use the Volume Keys to adjust
the Master volume from the
Home screen and the earpiece
volume during a phone call. The
upper Volume Key increases the
volume and the lower Volume Key
decreases the volume.

Keypad Volume can be adjusted
through the Sound Volume menu:

Call Waiting

Your cellular service may offer call
waiting. While a call is in
progress, one beep indicates
another incoming call. When call
Mute,
waiting is enabled, you may put
the active call on hold while you
answer the other incoming call.
Check with your cellular service
provider for information about
this function.
