4. Grilled sausage
a. Pre-heat the fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
b. Mix the sausages with the oil.
c. Evenly arrange the sausages on the grate inside the basket, insert the basket in
the appliance and set the "Chicken legs" program or set the time and temperature
depending on the size and number of sausages, or until they turn golden brown.
d. At the end of cooking, place the sausages in a bowl and serve.
TIP: for better results, shake the basket with the sausages halfway through
cooking.
5. Fried prawns
a. Clean the prawns, wash and dry them well with paper towel.
b. Take a bowl and place the prawns inside.
c. Season with a little oil and bread them with the semolina flour.
d. Pre-heat the fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
e. Spray some oil on the prawns.
f. Evenly arrange the prawns on the grate inside the basket, insert the basket in the
appliance and set the "Fries" program or set the time and temperature depending
on the size and number of prawns, or until they turn golden brown.
g. At the end of cooking, place the prawns in a bowl and serve.
