VIII.- MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
We recommend preventive maintenance once a year by way of the Calorex Service center.
WARNING! Do not attempt to repair the water heater yourself. Call the Calorex Service
center for a technician to visit you. Disconnect the electric current from the heater
before carrying out any maintenance tasks or draining the heater. Doing so can cause
property damages, serious injury, or even death. Most of the maintenance tasks
require emptying the water from the heater. To perform this task, disconnect the
electric current and remove the front cover.
