ADAPTADOR ESTACIONARIO PARA
FR156N
1. NOTA DE SEGURIDAD
La fresadora con adaptador estacio-
nario (Pos. 3) no debe utilizarse sin el
protector (2).
2. MONTAJE DEL ADAPTADOR ESTACIONA-
RIO SA100
1. Fije el protector (Pos. 2) al cabezal (Pos. 1) de la
Fresadora FR156N mediante el pomo (Pos. 6) y la
arandela (Pos. 5)
2. Coloque el SA100 adaptador fijo (Pos. 3), en el
cabezal (Pos. 1)
3. Gire el pomo (pos. 6) hacia atrás hasta que sobre-
salga aprox. 2 mm por encima del adaptador. (Pos. 3)
4. Coloque la arandela de seguridad (Pos. 4) y la
palomilla M6 hembra (Pos. 7) y girelo hasta que el
protector (Pos. 2) quede firmemente fijado.
5. Apriete la palomilla (Pos. 7) con firmeza.
6. Ahora puede preparar su herramienta de fresado.
7. Sitúe la fresadora FR156N con el interruptor
apuntando hacia el lado del operario. El casquillo
roscado de ajuste de la fresadora tiene una ranura de
bloqueo que permite girar el motor 90° sin cambiar
el ajuste de la fresa.
8. Asegúrese que el freno del rodamiento, situado en el
protector, realiza presión sobre el palpador de la fresa.
9. Compruebe de nuevo que la maquina se ha montado
correctamente, antes de ponerla en marcha.
3. MONTAJE DE LA FRESADORA CON EL
ADAPTADOR SOBRE LA MESA DE TRABAJO
1. Sitúe el sargento en el interior de la ranura orien-
tado según se muestra en la figura.
2. Fije el adaptador en el banco de trabajo (el banco
de trabajo debe ser suficientemente estable)
3. Asegúrese que el la superficie del tope está haciendo
contacto por ambos lados con el banco de trabajo.
4. Compruebe que está bien fijado antes de la puesta
en marcha y a intervalos regulares durante el uso
de la máquina.

STATIONARY ADAPTER FOR FR156N
1. SAFETY NOTE
The router with the stationary adapter
(Pos. 3) should not be used without the
guard (2).
2. ASSEMBLING THE SA100 STATIONARY
ADAPTER
1. Attach the guard (Pos. 2) to the head (Pos. 1) of
the FR156N Trimmer using the knob (Pos. 6) and the
washer (Pos. 5).
2. Place the SA100 stationary adapter (Pos. 3) on
the head (Pos. 1).
3. Turn the knob (Pos. 6) backwards until it protrudes
approximately 2 mm above the adapter (Pos. 3).
4. Place the safety washer (Pos. 4) and the M6 female
wing nut (Pos. 7) and turn it until the guard (Pos.
2) is firmly fixed.
5. Tighten the wing nut (Pos. 7) firmly.
6. Now you can prepare your milling tool.
7. Position the FR156N trimmer with the switch
pointing towards the operator's side. The router's
threaded adjustment collar has a locking slot that
allows the motor to be turned 90° without changing
the router bit setting.
8. Ensure that the bearing brake, located on the
guard, is pressing on the router bit feeler.
9. Double-check that the machine has been correctly
assembled before starting it.
3. MOUNTING THE TRIMMER WITH THE
ADAPTER ON THE WORKBENCH
1. Place the clamp inside the slot as shown in the
figure.
2. Fix the adapter to the workbench (the workbench
must be sufficiently stable).
3. Ensure that the surface of the stop is making
contact on both sides with the workbench.
4. Check that it is well fixed before starting and at
regular intervals during the use of the machine.
