Poor hygiene could pose a risk to health.
Keep all implements used to prepare ice cream
clean.
Keep the prepared ice cream mixture in the fridge, but for no
longer than 24 hours.
Fresh ice cream should be eaten immediately. Store it in the
freezer at -18°C for a maximum of 1 week.
Do not refreeze thawed or defrosted ice cream.
After preparing your ice cream, clean the ice-cream maker
and all implements thoroughly.
Observe the instructions for care and cleaning (Page 167), in
particular the instructions for when the appliance will not be
used for a longer period (Page 168).
If you keep the lid open for a longer time or remove the con-
tainer for a longer time, this can lead to a considerable in-
crease in temperature in the compartments of the appliance.
