the correct position and then lock the knob to secure the lower handlebar
in place. Assemble the upper guide to the lower guide using the knob and
guide lock washer (Fig. C)

the brackets into the holes on one side and then tighten the handle to
lock the brackets on the other side. Then flip the tank top over and use
two screws to secure the handle to the top of the grass tank. Fit the
metal clamp to the top of the grass tank. Then fit the bottom part (a
mesh) by pressing it into the slot in the top part of the tank ( b rigid) make
sure that the rim is locked by the latches. Then press the bottom part of
the hopper (the mesh) onto the metal clamp using the clamps on the
mesh. To place the grass hopper in the mower, lift the grass ejection
guard off the mower and place the hopper on the catches (fig. E, F).
3. connecting the power supply
The mains voltage must be as indicated on the rating plate (230-240V).
The mains current protection must be at least.10A
1).Insert the plug of the mower into the connection socket of the extension
cord (fig. H)
2).To prevent the extension cord from disconnecting during use, fix the
extension cord (cable end) through the loop and secure over the hook
before connecting the plug. (Fig. H)
OPERATION / SETTINGS
WARNING!
Do not switch on the appliance until it is fully assembled. Always check
the extension cord for signs of damage before switching on the
appliance, only use an undamaged extension cord.
Caution: A damaged extension cord can be very dangerous! Creates a
danger to the life and health of the user
- When attempting to run the mower in tall grass, the engine can
overheat and become damaged.
Switching on the mower (Fig. I):
1).To start the mower, press and hold the safety button (2) as shown in
Fig. I, pull the switch lever (1). towards the steering wheel. After following
the steps in the order shown previously, the mower will start.
2).To switch off the mower, release the safety button (1).
Note: There is no need to press or hold down the safety button once the
unit has started.
Setting the cutting height (Fig. G)
Warning! Switch off the mower by releasing the switch lever and wait for
the motor and blade to stop before adjusting the cutting height, the blades
continue to rotate for a few seconds after the machine is switched off, a
rotating blade can cause injury.
When cutting for the first time of the season or after a long time since the
last mowing, select a high cutting adjustment.
The cutting height can be selected from the following values: 20 mm, 30
mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm or 70 mm, by adjusting the handle as in
Figure G.
Cutting height setting:
Grasp the height adjustment handle, slide the handle outwards to release
it from the locking notch.
Move the handle towards the front of the machine to lower the cutting
height and towards the rear to increase the cutting height.
Place the handle in the locking notch to set the desired cutting height.
Make sure the handle is well and securely locked into the serrated grip.
Tips: For long grass, start mowing with the highest setting and then
gradually reduce the cutting height.
When and how to set up and take down the grass catcher (Fig. J, K)
The grass catcher must be attached before operating the mower, details
of grass catcher installation above. When the mower is running, a blast of
air from the rotating blade pushes the grass indicator flap out (fig J). When
the grass catcher is full, the indicator flap will rest flat (fig K)
Disconnect the grass container.
Note: Empty the tank when full to avoid blocking the outlet and
unnecessarily overloading the engine.
Disconnect the grass hopper by performing the following steps:
1.Lift the rear grass outlet guard that is on top of the grass tank,
2.Lift the grass tank upwards to disconnect it from the body of the mower.
3.Lower the rear grass outlet protection downwards.
Note: When mowing, safely place the extension cord on the pavement,
path or areas that have already been mowed.
WARNING!
When the engine stops, the blade continues to rotate for a few
seconds, so do not touch the underside of the mower until the
blade has stopped!
Warning! When mowing, do not let the engine run under overload. When
an engine overload occurs, the engine speed slows down and you will
hear a change in the engine sound, when this happens, stop mowing,
release the switch lever and raise the cutting height. Failure can cause
damage to the machine.
Select a cutting height that is suitable for the desired grass height. If
necessary, mow in several passes so that the maximum grass cutting
height in one pass is 4 cm.
When mowing, make sure you avoid areas that could impede the free
movement of the extension cord.
Blade
Always unplug the mower before checking the blade in any way. Once the
engine has stopped, remember that the blade will continue to run for a few
seconds before it stops. Never try to stop the blade. Check at regular
intervals that the blade is correctly fitted, that it is in good condition and
that it is well sharpened. Replace it if necessary.
If the rotating blade strikes any object, stop the mower and wait until the
blade has come to a complete stop. Then check the condition of the blade
and the blade holder. Replace the blade immediately if it has been
damaged.
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
Warning! Stop the mower and remove the plug from the power supply
before removing the grass catcher.
Always pull the mains plug before carrying out any maintenance or
cleaning work!
Note: To ensure long and reliable service, carry out the following
maintenance regularly:
Check for obvious defects such as a loose, dislodged or damaged
blade, loose attachments and worn or damaged mower
components.
Check that the covers and guards are undamaged and properly
attached to the mower.
Carry out the necessary maintenance/inspection or repairs before
operating the mower.
Warning: Remember to contact a professional maintenance agency
when replacing a blade.
