WARNING The main switch and the On/Off switch should not be
used as the sole means of disconnecting power.
Always unplug the power cord before starting
maintenance or moving the unit.
To avoid the risk of electric shock, unplug the unit
from the wall outlet when not in use - also before any
cleaning.
SPECIFIC INFORMATION ON REFRIGERANT R290
1. R290 is a refrigerant in accordance with EC environmental specifications.
2. The refrigerant is odorless.
3. The device must be installed in a room where there are no ignition sources
in operation (e.g.: open fire, gas and electric devices in operation with open
heat source).
4. You must not perforate or burn the air conditioner.
5. Care must be taken not to drill into the cooling circuit.
6. Non-ventilated spaces where the unit is installed, operated or stored must be
constructed so that any refrigerant leaks do not accumulate. This will
prevent fire or explosion hazards caused by ignition of the refrigerant by
electric stoves, stoves or other sources of ignition.
7. The device must be stored in such a way that no mechanical damage can
occur.
8. The persons working on or performing interventions on a refrigeration circuit
must be in possession of a valid certificate issued by an authorized
authority, certifying their expertise with regard to the handling of
refrigerants through an evaluation specification recognized by the industry
associations.
9. Repairs must be carried out in accordance with the instructions provided by
the manufacturer of the unit. Repair and maintenance operations that
require the use of additional specialized personnel must be carried out
under the supervision of the specialist responsible for handling flammable
refrigerants.
