First use: clean the grate with soapy water and rinse. Then
operate your barbecue empty (without food on the grates)
for 15 minutes. A slight odour may then be released for a
few moments.
Preheating: we recommend that you preheat the grate for
about 10 minutes to optimise cooking quality.
Cooking:
You can dab the cooking grate with oil using a brush to
reduce the likelihood of food sticking to it.
Turn the rotary knob clockwise to switch on your barbecue
and select the desired cooking power.
Set the cooking temperature to your liking and lay the food
out when the temperature is reached.
The temperature can be reduced to keep the food warm
with the lid closed.
While cooking:
Do not leave any cooking utensils in contact with the grate,
GB
such as cutlery, wooden or plastic items.
After use, turn the rotary control knob to 'O' and unplug the
appliance.
