OPERATION

STARTING THE ENGINE

Refer to Safe Operating Precautions on Page 19.
1.Turn the fuel valve lever to the
ON position. Check that the fuel
drain screw is tightened
securely.
2.Move the choke lever to the
CLOSED position to start a cold
engine.
Leave the choke lever in the
OPEN position to restart a warm
engine.
