10. Data Transmission
10.1 Transferring Files to a Computer
Method 1: Transferring via a card reader
① Ensure the camera is turned off, then carefully remove the SD card.
② Insert the SD card into a card reader.
③ Connect the card reader to your computer's USB port.
④ Copy files to your computer for playback or editing.
Method 2: Transferring via a data cable
① Connect your camera to the computer using a USB data cable.
② When prompted, select "USB Camera" as your connection preference.
③ Activate your camera as a Webcam. (Note: Some computers may require
enabling the "USB Video Device" setting first.)
※ As a Webcam, the camera's default recording resolution is 4K at 30FPS. Adjust
resolution settings using a Webcam tool on your computer.
10.2 Webcam Mode
Webcam mode allows you to use the Brave 7 as a Webcam. Once activated, it can
capture and transmit live video or images in real-time over the internet, ideal for
video conferencing, online streaming, and live chatting. To do this, follow the steps
below:
① Connect your camera to the computer using a USB data cable.
② When prompted, select "USB Camera" as your connection preference.
