8. TROUBLESHOOTING:
Problem
The LumiPlus FlexiMini is not
working or does not respond to
the remote control
The LumiPlus FlexiMini is flashing
red
The LumiPlus FlexiMini is flashing
fast or does not change color
The remote control is not
responding
Cause
The LumiPlus FlexiMini does not have a
power supply
Remote control not paired
The required voltage is not reaching the
LumiPlus FlexiMini
Not enough voltage is reaching it for it to
work properly, due to a voltage drop in the
power supply.
Not enough voltage is reaching it for it to
work properly, due to a voltage drop in the
power supply.
Not enough power is reaching the
transformer.
The remote control's batteries are flat

Solution
Connect the LumiPlus FlexiMini to
the power supply through a 12 V AC
safety transformer
Repeat the pairing process with the
two devices
Use a voltmeter to check that
the nominal voltage of 12 V AC is
reaching the projector.
Increase the cable cross-section.
Increase the cable cross-section.
Change the transformer for a
more powerful one (it is important
to add up the total VA of all the
spotlights connected and allow for a
reasonable safety margin in order to
choose a transformer)
Change the batteries
