• Insert the wind direction vane in the metal rod and screw on tight to lock it in place.
• Align the notches on the funnel (5) with the lock grooves inside the rain collector. Insert the funnel and lock it in place
by rotating it clockwise.
• Slide the switch on the battery compartment (12) into the "unlocked" position and open the cover.
• Insert the batteries according to the +/– polarity.
• Close the battery compartment cover and slide the switch into the "locked" position.
