11. Do not use in locations where inflammable
materials such as lacquer, paint, benzene,
thinner or gasoline are present. Also do not let
items such as lighted cigarette butts be
suctioned inside at such locations.
Explosion or fires might result.
12. Do not use near objects generating high heat
such as stoves; do not blow at lit cigarette butts;
and do not stoke or extinguish flames.
Fires might occur if used near such locations.
13. Do not blow off dust, pieces of glass, blades, nails,
screws, pebbles, etc.
14. If you notice that the unit is generating unusually
high temperatures, operating poorly, or making
abnormal noises, immediately stop using and
shut off the power switch. Request an inspection
and repair from the dealer where you purchased
the unit or a metabo HPT Authorized Service
Center.
Continuing to use while operating abnormally might
cause injuries.
15. If the unit is mistakenly dropped or strikes
another object, make a thorough check of the
unit for cracks, breakage or deformation, etc.
Injuries might occur if the unit has cracks, breakage or
deformation.
16. Do not place objects such as screws inside the
suction port or blast port.
Failure to do so may damage the interior parts of the
tool.
17. The air intake function of this product is only for
deflating items. It cannot be used for sucking things
up like a vacuum cleaner.
18. When using it to deflate swim rings, inflatable boats,
etc., do not suck out any water remaining inside. If
water, sand, etc. accidentally gets inside the motor, it
may cause a malfunction.
19. Do not use the tool to suction liquid such as water or
wet dust particles, or items such as bits of glass,
cutting tools, nails, screws, pebbles, or lit cigarette
butts.
20. Do not use industrial oil or grease (cutting oil,
lubricant, etc.), or in the vicinity of chemicals.
Doing so may cause parts to deteriorate or cause
damage.
21. NEVER leave tool running unattended. Turn
power off.

23. NEVER operate from an unstable footing, such
as when on a ladder or step ladder.

25. If any foreign material enters the suction port and
stops the blast of air, immediately switch off the tool,
remove the battery and then extract the foreign
material.

30. Use the product at least 50 cm away from walls and
other objects, and ensure that there is enough air
flowing to the air intake.
31. The hose may become hot immediately after putting
in air, so use caution.
32. Do not wipe plastic parts with solvent.
Solvents such as gasoline, thinner benzine, carbon
tetrachloride, and alcohol may damage and crack
plastic parts. Do not wipe them with such solvents.
Wipe plastic parts with a soft cloth lightly dampened
with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
33. ALWAYS wear ear protectors when using the tool
for extended periods.
Prolonged exposure to high intensity noise can cause
hearing loss.
34. Always wear eye protection that meets the
requirement of the latest revision of ANSI
Standard Z87.1.
