Use the Heated
Drying
Rack for items that you do not want
to tumble
dry, such as sweaters.
When
you use the heated
drying
rack, the heated
air inside the dryer
flows in a
concentrated
pattern
to allow
efficient
and uniform
drying.
NOTE:
Do not remove
lint screen.
1. Open
dryer door.
2. Slide dryer
rack over the bottom
of the dryer
door
opening.
Push down to secure it on the frame.
3. Place wet items on top of the rack. Allow
space around
items for air to circulate.
The rack does not move, but
the drum will rotate.
Make
sure items do not hang over
the edges or between
rack grill.
4. Close dryer door.
5. Turn cycle
knob to Time Dry.
6. Select a Dry Temp to match
the fabrics
in your load.
Items containing
foam,
rubber,
or plastic
must be dried
on a clothesline
or by using Air Only.

7. Use TIME DRY to select the desired
time. Select a time
by pressing
MORE TIME or LESS TIME. Reset time as
needed
to complete
drying.

8. Start the dryer.
To remove
the drying
rack,
lift it straight
up and out
of the dryer.
NOTE:
Check the lint screen and remove
any lint
accumulated
from
items dried
on the rack.
Changing
the drum
light
(on some models)
1. Unplug
dryer
or disconnect
power.
2. Open
the dryer door. Locate
the light bulb cover on the
back wall of the dryer. Using a Phillips head
screw driver,
remove
the screw located
in the lower right-hand
corner
of the cover. Remove the cover.
3. Turn bulb counterclockwise.
Replace the bulb with
a 10-watt
appliance
bulb only. Replace
the cover
and secure with the screw.
4. Plug in dryer
or reconnect
power.

Auto
Dry Cycle
Settings
to increase
Drying
Time
If all your loads on all Auto
Dry cycles are consistently
not as dry as you would
like, you may change
the default
settings
to increase
the default
dryness
level.
Your Auto Dry settings
can be adjusted
to adapt
to
different
installations,
environmental
conditions
or personal
preference.
This change
Js retained
and will affect
all
of your Auto Dry cycles,
not just the current
cycle!load.
There are 3 drying
settings,
which are displayed
using
the Cycle Status light (Wet, Damp,
Cool Down LEDs)
1
Factory
preset dryness
level.
2
Slightly
drier clothes,
15% more drying
time.
3
Much drier
clothes, 30%
more drying
time.
To change
the drying
settings (on some models):
NOTE:
The settings
cannot
be changed
while
the dryer
is running
or paused.
The dryer
must be in standby
mode
(the Power button
is off:) to adjust the default
settings.
1. Before starting
a cycle, press and hold the DRY TEMP
button
for 6 seconds.
2. Press the DRY TEMP button
to select the dryness
level
shown in the cycle status light display:
Wet
light
on : level 1, Wet and Damp lights on : level 2, and
Wet,
Damp and Cool Down lights on : level 3.
3. Press START/PAUSE
to save the new dryness
level
setting.
