TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
The motor does not
start.
The product does not
reach high pressure.
The output pressure
varies high and low.
There is no water.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
You did not install the battery
packs.
The button is on, but you do not
pull the spray gun trigger.
The diameter of garden hose is
too small.
Water supply is restricted.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Install two battery packs with full
power.
Pull the spray gun.
Replace with a 1" (25 mm) or 5/8"
(16 mm) garden hose.
Check garden hose for kinks,
leaks, and blockage.
Open the water supply fully.
Install desired spray tip to end of
spray wand.
Remove filter and rinse in warm
water.
Open water supply fully. Check
garden hose for kinks, leaks, or

Turn the water supply on.
Remove kink in garden hose.
Remove filter and rinse in warm
water and then reinstall it.

Make sure that the hoses and
fitting are airtight.
Turn "OFF" product.
Purge pump by squeezing
trigger gun until a steady
flow of water comes out the
spray tip.
Disconnect the water supply.
Power "ON" the product for 2
to 3 seconds.
Repeat the above step a
couple of times or until the
motor starts.
