Take out the handlebar, align the holes at the slide, then use the
screws to align the screw holes at the handlebar, finally use a
spanner to lock and fix them respectively.
NOTE: During operation, the spring washers(B) are placed
above the plain washers(C). Once the screws are in place,
please snap the handlebar cover(8) on top of the screws.
