3. When finished, turn the control knob to the "0" position to turn off. The blade or
disc will slow to a stop.
4. Wait until the blade or disc comes to a complete stop before removing the work
bowl lid.
Be sure to turn off the food processor before removing the work bowl lid, or before
unplugging the food processor.
4.4. USING THE MULTIPURPOSE BLADE OR DOUGH BLADE
IMPORTANT: The multipurpose blade and dough blade can only be used with the work
bowl.
1. Position the drive shaft on the
motor base.
2. Lower the processor bowl onto
the motor base and rotate the
bowl clockwise until it clicks into
place.
3. Install the multipurpose blade
or dough blade onto the blade
adapter. Then place the blade
adapter in the work bowl,
lowering it onto the drive shaft.
4. Place the lid on the bowl and turn
it clockwise until it locks onto the
bowl.
5. Ensure the bowl in step 2 and the
lid in step 4 are locked well, or the
machine will not work.
6. Ensure the blade is fixed well on
adapter.
7. Only open the lid when blades
have completely stopped.
For stainless steel multipurpose blade:
• Before processing, cut the food into pusher size pieces.
• Do not use the multipurpose blade for more than 2 minutes continuously. Allow
the appliance to cool down and do not use it again within at least 30 minutes.
Do not use the multipurpose blade continuously for more than 40 seconds when
•
chopping meat.
• For coarser foods use the Pulse function.
