Only open the lid when blades have completely stopped.
To disassemble the blade from the holder:
After use, turn the blade holder upside down, then push on
the blade with a small amount of force to separate it from
the holder.
4.6. USING THE EMULSIFYING DISC
Do not use the emulsifying disc for more than 2 minutes continuously. Allow the
appliance to cool down and do not use it again within at least 30 minutes.
Use for aioli, instant pudding, mayonnaise, whipping cream, whisking eggs, egg
whites, and sponge cake mixtures.
For egg white whisking, use room temperature eggs. Ensure the bowl and
emulsifying disc is dry and free from grease.
Clean the emulsifying disc after each use.

Position the drive shaft on the motor
base.

Lower the processor bowl onto the
motor base and rotate the bowl
clockwise until it clicks into place.

Install the emulsifying disc onto the
blade adapter. Then place the blade
adapter in the work bowl, lowering it
onto the drive shaft.

Place the lid on the bowl and turn it
clockwise until it locks onto the bowl.
5.
Ensure the bowl in step 2 and the lid in
step 4 are locked well, or the machine
will not work.
6.
Only open the lid when the disc has
completely stopped.
4.7. REMOVING PROCESSED FOODS
1.
Turn the control knob to the "0" position and then unplug the food processor.
2.
Remove the work bowl lid. Turn the lid counterclockwise to unlock, then remove it
from the bowl.
3.
If using a slicing/cutting disc, remove it before removing the bowl. Holding the disc
by the centre hub, lift it straight up.
