... Media portal menu
In the media portal, you have access to news, games,
shopping and much more via the pre-installed applica-
tions. The direction buttons  can be used to scroll
through the various apps and confirm your selection by
pressing the O K button. The media portal hides behind
the MEDION button. The first time you use the device,
you must accept the licence conditions. Then select the
desired language.

Confirm your selection by pressing the O K button.
Afterwards, the home page of the media portal appears
where a shortlist of certain apps is displayed.

The start view of the media portal appears
only on first use or after a reset of the media
portal via the yellow button SETTINGS.
 With the
button, you can switch from the currently
selected app back to the home page at any time. Exit
the media portal by pressing the E X I T button.
Press the yellow button to call up the SETTINGS. This
is where you can specify which language areas the apps
should be selected from. In addition, you can reset the
portal so that the portal home page is reset to the factory
default.
.. Setting up the voice assistant
You can activate a voice assistant to control your device
via voice commands.
 On the Home screen, select the voice assistant setup
option above and press O K .
 Select the desired voice assistant AMAZON ALEXA or
VIDAA VOICE and follow the instructions on the screen.
Use the direction buttons  and O K to per-
form the setup.

To use VIDAA VOICE, you must be logged in
using a VIDAA account. When using AMAZON
ALEXA, this is not absolutely necessary.
 When using the AMAZON ALEXA voice assistant, you
also have the option of controlling the YouTube app
with VIDAA VOICE as ALEXA is not YouTube compati-
ble. To do this, activate the CONTROL THE YOUTUBE
APP USING VIDAA VOICE function under SET
TINGS.
