The pulse nutsetter/screwdriver features
- stall torque shut-off,
- alternative air inlet on top. If the top air inlet is used the screwed plug
<11> must be screwed and sealed in the air inlet on the pistol grip.
- trigger-start with soft-start valve,
- lockable torque adjustment accessible from the outside,
- reversible, RH and LH operation,
- noise below 82 dB (A) when idling,

ORQUE
DJUSTMENT
Separate the tool from the air supply.
- The torque is set by throttling the exhaust.
- Loosen the set bolt <8> with a key (size 2).
- The torque is adjusted by turning the throttle exhaust in direction "+" or
"-" as needed.
- First turn the throttle exhaust to "-" to achieve the minimum adjustment.
- Then adjust the desired torque by turning to "+"
- After the adjustment, lock the throttle exhaust by fastening the set bolt
clockwise.

NSPECTION AND
AINTENANCE
To prevent downtime, regularly
- check the oil level of the pulse unit,
- regularly replace the oil level of the pulse unit <36>/<63> every 500
operating hours or at least every 12 months, the set of seals <96> must
be replaced.

EMOVING THE
- Clamp the tool in a vice with plastic jaws on its pistol grip <1>.
Caution!
Do not damage the rubber coating of the grip.
- Loosen housing <62>/<89> by turning counterclockwise using a strap
wrench.
- Pull off housing and pulse unit.
- Remove countersunk screw <13> and reverse button <12>.
- Knock pistol grip housing on soft surface and take power unit parts out.

ISMOUNTING THE
Allowed only if filling with oil filling unit <A> can be guaran-
teed. The pulse unit must have cooled down to room
temperature.
- With quick-disconnect attachment first remove the circlips, washers,
sleeve, ball and compression spring.
- Remove retaining ring <35>/ <90>. Pull pulse unit <36>/<63> out of
housing <62> / <89>.
- Clamp the hydraulic cylinder <44>/<71> slightly in a vice with flat chops
(8. Assembly Instructions, fig. 1).
To avoid endangering health or the environment, study and
comply with all Federal, State and Local Regulations.
Avoid direct skin contact when working with oil to prevent
skin irritations.
- Remove the set bolt <58>/<85> and the ball <57>/<84>.
- Loosen the bearing ring <55>/<82> with the device <C>.
- Remove the bearing ring above an oil pan and pull the hydraulic rotor
<51>/<78> from the housing.
Hydraulic roller is spring-loaded!
- Clean all parts
