sections which is designed to fit low down on your child's body.
Pull the adjuster strap forward (h) making sure the harness is a comfortable but FIRM
fit around your child.
Finally, pull both chest pads down (i) from your child's shoulders onto their chest.
NOTE: The chest pads are an important safety feature. Never
use the child car seat without them.
7 - installing the child car seat without child car seat harness
- Group 2 (15 to 25kg, approx. 4 to 6 years old) - 1
Unclip the shoulder and harness straps as described in step 4.
Remove the backrest.
Unclip the crotch strap and lap straps from the underside of the booster seat and
remove them.
Wrap the vehicle seat belt clip strap around the bar at the back of the seat as shown.
NOTE: If the child car seat is to be fitted on the right hand side
of the car, the strap fits to the right hand bar on the booster
seat. If being fitted to the left hand side of the car the strap fits
to the left hand bar of the booster seat.
8 - installing the child car seat without child car seat harness
- Group 2 (15 to 25kg, approx. 4 to 6 years old) - 2
Re-fit the backrest to the booster seat.
Push the vehicle seat belt clip through the upper shoulder strap hole in the rear of the
backrest (a) and through the backrest cover (b).
Fasten the strap to the strap clip to secure (c).
If the car seat needs to be fitted to the otherside of the vehicle fit the seat belt clip to
the upper shoulder strap hole on the otherside of the seat (d).
Place the child car seat on the vehicles seat ensuring that it is firmly pressed against
the vehicles seat backrest.
Adjust the headrest to the required height (see step 2).
Fasten the seat belt, ensuring that the diagonal belt threads through the vehicle seat
belt clip (e) and both sections of the seat belt go under the armrests as shown (f).
Check the vehicle seat belt has not become twisted and tighten the seat belt by
pulling the diagonal strap upwards (g).
To release the child simply unfasten the seat belt in the normal way.

The diagonal belt section runs through the vehicle seat belt clip and the lap strap fits
under the arm rests on both sides.
