③. Use a new oil filter of the same type and apply a
layer of lubricating oil on the O-ring
Note
Do not remove the oil filter O-rings, as this will cause
them to be out of place, resulting in oil leaks or engine
damage.
④. Install the new engine oil filter on the engine by
hand until it can not be screwed by hand, and then
tighten the engine oil filter by a torque wrench with a
torque of 15 ~ 20 N. M.
(2) Fill the engine with engine oil that meets the
specification for about 2.9 L until the oil reaches the
middle position of the upper and lower scale marks.
(3) Install the oil filler cap.
(4) Start the engine, let the engine run at idle speed
for several minutes, and then turn off the engine.
